The ingredients for tuna sisig.
 

Steps:

  1. Heat oil in pan and then add the garlic. Allow to cook until light brown.
  2. Sauteeing garlic in a pan.
     
  3. Add the onions and stir for 1 minute.
  4. Adding finely chopped shallots to the pan.
     
  5. Next the mushroom. Stir fry for another minute.
  6. Adding mushrooms to the pan.

  7. Then add the tuna, salt and pepper and squeeze lime. Stir until well mixed.
  8. The mixture in the pan is cooked and combined.
     
  9. Now, the mayonnaise and sprinkle with chopped chilies as you continue stirring the mixture.
  10. Adding mayonnaise to the pan.
     
  11. Crack the eggs and stir again until its combined.
  12. Adding eggs to the pan.
     
    Combining all ingredients together.
     
  13. Best served in sizzling hot plate.
  14. Finished tuna sisig, served with rice.
