Use All Your Food Scraps

I do not like throwing away vegetables or fruit that is going to go bad before it gets eaten. Now I put it all into a container before it goes bad. I freeze it and use for soup stock. I use old bananas for banana bread. The other fruit I put into cake mixes or muffins. No one even notices the difference. They get nutrition and nothing gets wasted.

although I compost everything I really like the idea of freezing vege going to go bad and using it for soup stock. It is like a second use, for me, for the vege.
