Using Potatoes that Froze in the Refrigerator?

I put peeled and diced potatoes in the fridge in a Mason jar. They froze. Are they still good? How do I use them?

Boil them in their frozen state. They should be ok.

Yes, they should be fine. As long as they were frozen once, you shouldn't have a problem. Just do not have the potatoes thawed, boil and use immediately.

It's fine, just cook them straight away.
