Using the ASPCA Spay and Neuter Mobile Service?

I want to utilize the ASPCA mobile trucks in New York City for low cost spay/neuter services, but I am not sure if I have to live in the zip code area where it's located.

According to the website the truck visits different areas in the city. I can't find anything saying that you have to live in the zip code area of the truck. I think it would be best to visit the site and check out the calendar for the location and times of the service. You can chose a location close to you and take your animal on this date. Here is the calendar for September.

You don't have to live in the zip code. You do have to live in the 5 boroughs.

Questions like this about the ASPCA spay & neuter mobile service should be addressed to the agency for their web site does not fully spell out this answer.

Step 1
Most of the information on their web site is directed toward low-income families and explains who will be helped and what is required to receive this service for a reduced price.

Step 2
One statement: Low-income pet parents in New York City's five boroughs with proof of public assistance such as welfare, Medicaid, Medicare, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), disability, food stamps... can receive reduced cost services (with proof).

Step 3
But there are other statements in other places that say different things about who can receive help but may have to pay full price.

It would be best if you contacted their office and ask your question as they will be able to tell you if it is possible, what the cost will be and set up an appointment.
