It looks like you have two lovely dolls from the same series and by the same artist.
The series is called 'The Juliana Collection' and the artist was Yang Fai. I do not know how many dolls were in this series but they were all dressed in different green outfits but were also sadly mass produced. It is not easy to locate these dolls online because sellers do not always list the names or the artist (although many have all of that information on the COA.
Here is a doll like your other doll presently listed for sale on eBay for $35 that you could place a watch to see if she sells and if so then that would be her 'current value'.

Ashley Belle dolls would traditionally go for $25 to $35 , But because there are so many on the market and this doll is mass produced, most are not selling for that price. The average cost when selling is up $20. www.etsy.com/
These dolls did not hold their value at all. If you can even sell them, expect to get $25 or less.
