This a nice set, and more than most have to sell. Value differs in certain areas. But can still get the most for your money thru these selling tips, if you want to sell private. - www.sheepbuy.com/.../- if you decide that you may not want the hassle, you could do local consignment, auction/bid , or contact one of the nations leading china sellers. They buy/sell china.- https://www.replacements.com- You could ask them what they would give you for your pieces. Keep in mind that they are in the business to make money. This set should be between $200 to $600. Certain areas where there is a need /buyer to add to there collection, could bring more. This look is often used for Weddings.

R H & S L Plant (Ltd) - manufacturers of porcelain at the Tuscan Works, Longton in the period circa 1898 - 1967/1970. The original Tuscan China was manufactured by brothers R. H. and S. L. Plant Ltd in Longton in the heart of the Staffordshire potteries. Longton, together with the township of Lane End, formed one of the six towns that now make up Stoke-on-Trent. Tuscan specialized in decorative fine bone china dinnerware that is very fine and light. Despite their reputation for quality, the company suffered the fate of the other potteries with lower sales and higher costs after WW2. In 1966, and according to other sources in 1972, the company was acquired by Wedgwood Group, RH & SL Plant Ltd. was re-named "Royal Tuscan" and continued as a manufacturing unit of the Wedgwood Group. www.gracesguide.co.uk/R._H._and_S._L._Plant

Early marks include the initials 'R H & S L P', marks post 1902 include the trade-name 'TUSCAN'.
There are no photos with backmark, so it's hard to tell the age of your china.
The printed back stamp was first produced between 1881 - 1906

The truth is that these are very hard to sell, especially with metal trim, which is not dishwasher or microwave safe. I had to donate a set of Rosenthal china, which was very expensive when new.

Young people dont want it, and there is an abundance of sets on the market.

It is difficult to really identify your pattern from this picture.
The pieces that everyone is showing may be the correct pattern but I have not seen any set with markings showing the same wording you have in your question.

It would have been helpful if you had shown a picture of the underside markings as this is the information needed to correctly identify your pattern.
You show - R.H.&S.L. Plant Fine Bone China from Dover.
I have been unable to locate any of this brand china with Dover printed on the bottom.
If you're still interested in good information you should send several good pictures as well as a good description of your set to several free appraisal sites.

They will need pictures of the sides showing the pattern as well as pictures of cups and plates - top and bottom of plates.
14 settings does not tell what you have.
Cups and saucers or mugs?
salad plates?
soup bowls?
bowls? platters?
salt & pepper?
Sugar & creamer?
teapot?

Selling usually means shipping and this would be a very expensive set to pack and ship as each box (may take 4 or 5 boxes) will be heavy if packed properly.
You may wish to advertise your set as 'local pick up'.
