It appears that you have asked this question on several forums lately. I have found a lot of research and information that people have supplied you with. It appears that your mower was not manufactured by W. Bingham Co., Cleveland, Ohio, but was manufactured by another company that worked for Bingham. Here is the information that I have found:

I also found some excellent information about the W. Bingham/Rainbow reel mower. The history of the mower, who manufactured the cylinder and about the company Bingham. Please go to this website. You will need to scroll down a bit on the page. There you will find a question asking about the mower.
