You would need to find markings that would indicate who manufactured it. It is hard to tell just by looking.

Is it stone? Is it at all crumbly?
It would be easier to research with more information.
I believe this is a lion made from a mold as I have looked at similar lions and other statues handmade and sold in a large yard area a few miles from me. I have a very large standing angel made like this.
