Value of Wimbeledon Collection Indian Dolls:

  1. Wimbledon dolls are sold on eBay starting at $18 and working their way up to $98.
  2. The Wimbledon doll collections have many different types of ceramic and porcelain dolls in their various collections.
  3. Many people have listed their dolls on eBay auction site and have had little to no interest in the dolls.
  4. I find that many of the dolls listed on here for sale or auction have been cancelled because the owner of these dolls can't seem to sell them.
  5. Live Auctioneers has auctions on different dolls from the Wimbledon collection from time to time.
  6. I can only find out the estimated value of a few of the dolls sold at this auction house. They are estimated at a $20 to $40 auction price.

  8. It is unfortunate that many collectable porcelain dolls don't hold their value after purchasing the dolls. It seems that most people who own these types of dolls end up selling them off for far less than what they originally paid for the doll.
  9. However, you might be in luck if you are looking to sell your pair of Indian dolls.
  10. During the holiday season people seem to have better luck selling their porcelain dolls than any other time of the year.
  11. You can also try listing your dolls on Craig's list in your area and see if anyone would be interested in buying your dolls.
  12. You can try eBay, however, there are so many people trying to sell these types of dolls on there now.
  13. There is a lot of competition on eBay.
  14. You can also try to see if a local auction house in your area would be interested in taking the dolls for an auction.

  16. From the prices I have seen and the different dolls I have looked at my best guess is your dolls are worth right around $40 maybe $50.

You can look on e-bay for a months period look for your dolls see what they actually sell for not just listed prices.
I could not find them.
There is also a place you can type your item in and when someone lists one they will e-mail you.

These look like mass-produced dolls. They have no real monetary value.

An easy online search for "porcelain doll values" will produce many answers. Keep in mind that just because a doll may be fancy, old, inherited, etc., it most probably has little value as most are mass produced in the thousands and very often include the rather misleading term limited edition in their names and may also have an essentially worthless certificate of authenticity. A doll's condition is extremely important in considering value-the best doll prices are paid for dolls literally never removed from their boxes. You can find prices for some dolls on EBay and try online for further research. This site is a good place to start:

These are nice dolls but Wimbledon Collection dolls in all styles and sizes are regular items on eBay, Etsy and other auction sites.

  • This type doll is so plentiful that it is difficult to place a true value but it looks like Indian dolls of many brands (sizes and condition) are selling on eBay for between $10 - $50.
  • I believe this is a better judge of the actual value than just looking at Wimbledon dolls.
  • Here is a link of Indian dolls now on eBay and the second link is to Indian dolls that actually sold on eBay in the past several months.

These are nice dolls but if you are interested in selling them, I would suggest you list them on your local Craigslist in November as people will be looking for Christmas gifts and may pay a little more. I would list them separately and start your price at about $60 as you will still have time to reduce the price if no one seems interested.

Be sure to have good photos and give measurements in your ad.
