Value of Windsor Rocking Chair?

I have my mother's toddler low back Windsor rocking chair (1920s). The label is badly worn, but it was clearly made in Gardner, MA. I think the top of the label indicates the company's name; the first name ended with a T& first letter of the second might be B. Could this chair be from Conant & Ball? I'd also like to know its value. Thank you.
