Cabbage Patch dolls are not selling for what they are worth due to the market and so many for sale. Here is a link to a trio for sale on ebay. www.ebay.com/
Most cabbage patch dolls are selling for around 25-35 dollars on eBay or even on a few other sites. The market is flooded with these dolls at the moment and they are selling really slowly. My daughter had quite a few of them and when she wanted to get rid of them we sold them at a garage sale because they sold a lot faster than selling them online.
There are actually thousands of '1984' Cabbage Patch dolls listed for sale when you do a search on Google.
Your birth certificate is in Spanish so that may be either good or bad but you should make that clear if listed for sale.
The latest business management sites estimate that only about 3% of these will sell in the next 6 months and the average sold price will be $35 or less. Their opinion on selling these dolls is to sell where the doll can be seen/touched with no shipping charges.
I think they are saying to try a yard sale or list on one of the 'less traveled' sites like Facebook Marketplace, offerup, letgo and other sites like this.
If you list on several of these sites (and any others you know about) you may have better luck. You can list your doll as 'pick up only' and start the price higher - $35-50 - and lower the price if no one shows an interest.
Pictures are what sells dolls and remember; your doll is still a 'used/preowned' doll that has a Spanish name birth certificate.
You can check out eBay's sold listings to see what people are actually willing to pay. In the past several months there have only been 44 sold dolls out of several hundred listed so that is not a good sign. You will not find your doll but you can check out similar dolls.
