"Collectible" dolls like these kinda fall in the old saying "a dime a dozen' as there are so many dolls available that very few are valued at over $35-50.
Also, because of the large quantity available dolls are very, very slow sellers and many sellers will keep dolls listed for months/years and some will never sell no matter the price.
It is not unusual for a doll like this to sell for $5 plus shipping and no way to tell how long a doll has been up for sale before it sells.
eBay is the largest doll selling site in the world and you will find over 500 Ashley Belle dolls listed for sale on any given day. You can look for your doll or a similar doll on eBay and place a watch on her to see if she sells.

You can also check eBay's sold listings to see what people are actually paying (and how small a number actually sell) as these sold prices show what someone was willing to pay for a doll.
You may find a few higher paid dolls but usually these are the large dolls - 30-42" and not all of these sell for bigger prices.
