I have a set of the World Book encyclopedia, isbn 0-7166-0077-3. Mine is a set of 18, as I am missing books 1, 10, 13, and 20.

Unless these books are over 100 years old they don't have much value at all. Especially, because you are missing some volumes it really cuts down any price you could have asked for them. I would say you'll be lucky to get $10 for the set the way it is.
It is incomplete. Unless it is an antique and complete it has very little value.
