This is a savory topping for chicken, beef or even fish. A huge burst of flavor to enhance your meal. After prep, it only takes 10 minutes to cook.

Total Time: About 20 minutes total

Yield: About 1 cup


  • 1 green pepper, sliced thin in strips
  • 1/4 large yellow onion, sliced thin in strips
  • 2 large cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/3 cup tightly packed, chopped spring mix greens
  • 1/8 cup grapeseed oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/3 cup ranch dressing


  1. Slice your green pepper and onion.

  3. Peel and then mince the garlic cloves.
  4. Chop your spring mix.
  5. Add your veggies to a hot oiled pan along with your seasonings.
  6. Cook for about 10 minutes, stirring constantly until veggies are very tender. Put your mixture on your meat of choice and enjoy!

  • 1 can cut green beans, drained
  • 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup

  • 1/2 cup shredded sharp American cheese
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce


Drain hominy, reserving 1/4 cup of the liquid. Chop half the French-fried onions. Combine hominy, reserved liquid, chopped onions, green beans, soup, cheese, and Worcestershire sauce. Turn into a 1 1/2 qt. casserole dish. Bake covered at 375 degrees F for 25-30 minutes. Uncover; top with remaining onions. Bake uncovered 5 minutes more.

In a large lightly greased skillet, heat on medium heat until hot. Add pepper, celery, onion and garlic. Saute 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Add tomato, vinegar, sugar and pepper.

Melt butter in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ham and cook until browned, about 5 minutes. Add onion and cook until soft and beginning to brown, about 5 minutes.


Add cream, tarragon, and salt and pepper to taste.

In a large skillet, saute onions and red pepper in oil until onions just begin to soften. Add peas, and cook uncovered, stirring occasionally.
