Supplies:

plain brown paper bag (150mm x 200mm) with rope handles
egg carton tray
6.8 x 5.1" piece of green sugar paper
3 10mm clear self-adhesive flat-sided rhinestones
7 5mm wide clear rhinestones
watermelon acrylic paint
Artline golden calligraphy pen
Artline 210 fineliner black pen

ruler
standard scissors
quick-drying craft glue (such as Bostik Clear)

Steps:

Cut nine cups from the egg carton tray.

Take the first cup and cut four slits into the cup to make rose petals.

Fold the cup flat and cut the petals into a round shape. Repeat with five more cups.

From the last three cups, cut squiggle strips as indicated on the photo.

Paint all the cups and squiggle strips unevenly on the one side and allow to dry before painting them on the other side too.

Use the golden pen to add some detail to the petals and squiggle strips.

To make a rose, glue two cups on top of each other. Then, shape a squiggle strip around the pencil and glue it to the inside of the cups. Add a 10mm rhinestone to the center of the rose. Repeat, so that you will have three roses.
