My dog is female and supposedly her parents are both German Shepherd, but she is really small maybe 40-50 lbs and 2ft tall or so. She is approximately 2 yrs old.

She looks like a German Shepherd. Some are very small, especially females. Your first picture broke my heart. I can't believe you tie your dog with a rope in a dirt yard. That's a recipe for a sick, unhappy dog. Please don't do that.
