From the photo it's hard to tell, but the longish ears make me think he's part hunter dog of some type, either a Spaniel or a Hound.

of course to truly see what sort of dog she is, a vet's attention, and possibly a DNA test, are the only way to tell.

To know for sure you must run a DNA test.
