Hello, Your baby looks to be Golden Ret/ Lab. Very sweet.
Looks exactly like my Maggie. Mom was a registered breeder Golden Retriever who escaped one day and fell in love with a Black Lab/Border Collie mix. Maggie was the only solid black pup in the six member litter. The others were all black and white. She was such a darling and could have passed for a pure Border Collie except for her color.
Your dog looks like a Border Collie mixed with a Lab or retriever. My uncle's dog has the exact same looks to it.
Some sort of cattle dog (Collie or other herding dog) and Black Lab mix!
