What Breed is My Dog?

This is Rocco, he is 4 years old. We've only had him for about a year now and we have no idea what breed he is. He is very playful, loves people and kids, he doesn't get along very well with other dogs. He's medium in size and weights 46 lbs.

The last time he was to the vet they guessed he was a Bearded Collie Rottweiler mix. If anyone has a dog like him and has any insight on what breed he is could you please help me out.
