What Breed is My Dog?

Do you know what breed my dog is? When we got her on the 3rd of March we where told she was a Chihuahua. Well she is not a Chihuahua. The vet was leaning towards an Eskimo Spitz on her first visit, but when she went back two weeks later he didn't seem like he was sure.

Please help me find out what my puppy is. She is 14 weeks old and all white with cream down her back and lining her ears. Her nose and paws are black. Her ears are starting to stand up. And she's soft. Oh and she weights 8 pounds.
