What an unusual colour! She's really beautiful!
And she's probably a Pit or American Staffordshire Terrier mixed with something else-Boxer would be my guess. I'm guessing that because of the triangular face (Pit or AST) and body shape (Boxer). Scroll through this image search to see what I mean:

The best person to ask is your vet. If you don't have a vet already, look for one who specialises in canines, he or she will be able to advise you as to the special needs of a Boxer-AST mix dog.
My daughters boyfriend has a dog that looks just like this one. And his is a Pit Bull.
