I have a 9 week old puppy. He weighs about 12 pounds. When I got him they said he was full blooded Border Collie, but now I'm not too sure. Any ideas?

This could easily be a full blooded Border Collie. Other than that, you can get a doggie DNA kit, but they are expensive.
I have owned several border collies and it sure looks like one to me.
