What are These Tiny Bugs

A tiny black bug on a white surface. Can someone tell me what type of bug this is? I find them in cupboards where food is, on stove, wall sometimes and window seals. Now I've seen one in my daughter's room.

These are a small weevil that comes in the home and a lot of times you can find these in your food. If you are finding them a lot in your kitchen it is time to clean out your pantry or cupboards and check all your boxes of cereal, flour, pasta, or other open containers. You should throw all of these away and do a good cleaning of your kitchen to trap and get rid of these bugs. You can try to set out some sticky flypaper to trap them or other people have used a different method to clean them and get rid of them in their homes. We get them from time to time here because all of our food is brought in by boats and they seem to come here a lot in flour or even pasta boxes.
