Winter Care for a Ligularia Tractor Seat Plant?

Does a ligularia tractor seat plant get cut back during the winter? I live in Hickory NC.

You should leave the plant alone during the winter months. In their natural environment they are winter dormant. The plants can suffer some during the cold winter months but in spring they will come back again.
