I have a 1943 Morse sewing machine that has a motor/light type wiring. I want to change the mechanical foot pedal to an electric control pedal.
Judy listed the best instructions on changing your foot pedal but maybe you also need a manual for this machine.
I have not found a free manual (this is an old machine) but I did find several sites that sell the manuals. Most PDF manuals are about $10.00 which is not a bad price - if you need one.
You say 1943 but that does not give me the model number; which you will need to order a manual.
