I have a YTD yard machine 14.5 Briggs and it will not turn over fast enough to start. Even jump starting it isn't working. I replaced brushes that had been replaced in the starter. Any idea or ideas how to fix the problem and get it up and running? I am ready to throw it over a cliff.
