My steam mop makes all the noises that it will work, but the on/off button is stuck on and it is not producing steam. I have been told that it needs a new circuit board, does anyone know where I can get one?

You would have to contact the manufacturer for one. However, in my experience on most appliances that is the most expensive part and it is usually cheaper to just get a new one.
I would look for another one at a thrift shop or garage sale. Then keep the other one for future parts repair
We would like to purchase the main body of the H2O Mob X5 EP2199-B. Does anyone know where we can purchase one, we live in Western Australia.
The main body was thrown out before it was checked for repairs.
You can try calling the manufactures to see if they sale the main body only, but considering that's the main part of the function, I don't think it'd be cheap.
Only way is to find it on sale at a garage sale your local for sale sites. May just have to purchase a new one.
I have a model X5 H2O steam mop. The unit no longer produces steam and the pump is shot. Is there any place to order a pump in Canada?
Upon checking the company website I found that there is a 1 year manufacturers warranty so if you have had it less than a year they will replace the damaged parts without cost to you if however you have had it over a year you can still have what is broken repaired or replaced but it will be at your expense. The small black rectangular bits underneath the mop that attach the pad to the machine have all fallen off and so I can't attach the pads any more. Can I get replacements hook pads and from where?

The element is not heating up to produce steam. There is no clogging. It sprays, but only cold water.

Go to the website of the name of the steamer and/or call the warranty division or store where you bought it and let them know.
Where can I get a new water hose (type with spring inside to prevent kinking) as the hose from the tank to pump has split?

I have a Thane H2O Mop steam cleaner oem-tv-001 with rectangular replacement head and pads. Where can I purchase replacement parts and pads? The triangle head is too wide to fit between my toilet and wall.
