I am just curious why you ask?
I know there was some bad press about Walmart brand stuff lately, but even the name brands are having issues. I know that from taste and texture, I go from loving a generic to hating it quickly--I think they sometimes change contracts periodically and the new vendor doesn't live up to the old one.
This has happened frequently with some of their cookies. The other thing that happens is when they change makers, you get used to a product--for example not having nuts. So you don't read the label every time. This happened to us with a WalMart product that was always nut free, then one time we bought it and my husband got very sick. Now the "new" version is processed in a plant with nuts. Go figure. It pays to read labels EVERY time and if the product changes, ditch it.
There is a whole Wiki on Walmart and Great Value products:

Who makes Publix premium coffee?
Publix brands are actually made by many national brands. The label is different.
Someone lese makes it? No kidding. That tells me nothing, why even post it.
Are the Walmart brands of apple and tomato juices produced here in the USA?
Walmart uses several companies. ConAgra and Sara Lee are two of them.
It seems that all Great Value brand food items and other products are made by ConAgra and Sara Lee but they also make and distribute some of the same foods to other companies (not exclusively to Walmart).
Here is a link to Wiki in case you would like to read about Walmart brands:
Great Value information is about half way down the page.

Who makes Southern Home mayonnaise?
I spent a little time on the internet to see if I could find out who produces it. I couldn't tell for sure but it is probably C.F. Sauer, which is located in Mauldin SC. Their website says "The privately owned company also sells mayonnaise, salad dressings, margarine and cooking oils under a variety of brand names, including Dukes, Sauers, Gold Medal, Bama and Mrs.
Here is a helpful article about store brands but it doesn't' mention Southern Home directly.
