  • 12 uncooked lasagna noodles
  • 2 packages. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 2 cartons fat-free ricotta cheese (15oz. each)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tsp. dried basil
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
  • Ad

  • 3 cups shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cans tomato sauce (15oz. each)


Cook noodles according to package directions. Rinse in cold water; drain well. In a large bowl, combine the spinach, ricotta cheese, egg, egg white, 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, garlic, basil, pepper and nutmeg. Combine mozzarella cheese and remaining Parmesan cheese.

In a 9x13 inch baking dish coated with nonstick cooking spray, layer three noodles, 3/4 cup tomato sauce, 1 cup spinach mixture and 3/4 cup cheese mixture. Repeat layers three times. Bake, uncovered, at 375 degrees F for 45-50 minutes or until bubbly. Let stand for 10-15 minutes before cutting.

  • 1 container (15 oz.) ricotta cheese
  • 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
  • 2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • Ad

  • 1 jar (1 lb. 10 oz.) Prego Fresh Mushroom Italian Sauce (3 cups)
  • 6 uncooked lasagna noodles
  • 1/4 cup water


Mix ricotta cheese, spinach and 1 cup mozzarella cheese. Spread 1 cup pasta sauce in 2-quart shallow baking dish. Top with 3 lasagna noodles and half the spinach mixture. Repeat layers. Top with remaining pasta sauce. Slowly pour water around inside edges of baking dish. Cover. Bake at 400 degrees F for 40 minutes. Uncover. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella cheese. Bake 10 minutes or until hot. Let stand 10 minutes.

Tip: To thaw Spinach, microwave on HIGH 3 minutes, breaking apart with fork halfway through heating.

  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 1 lb. lean ground beef or turkey
  • 2 cans Italian stewed tomatoes
  • 2 cans tomato sauce
  • 2 cans whole leaf spinach
  • 1 package ricotta cheese
  • 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese


Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. Cook meat, tomatoes and tomato sauce in skillet over medium high heat, 7 minutes. Drain spinach well, squeezing out excess liquid; blend with ricotta cheese.

Layer 3 noodles, 1/2 spinach mixture, 1/3 tomato mixture, and 1/3 cheese in 9x13 inch baking dish. Repeat, ending with noodles, tomatoes, and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes or until heated through.

Serve with Parmesan cheese. Yummy!

In a greased 9x13 inch pan, layer uncooked noodles and the following:



Mix together eggs, cottage cheese and oregano. Layer all ingredients, and spread spaghetti sauce over each layer. Add another 1/2 cup mozzarella on top. Pour 1 cup water around edges. Cover with foil. Bake at 375 degrees F for 45-60 minutes. Let sit 15 minutes before serving.

  • 10 oz. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 lb. ground beef chuck
  • 2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic powder

  • 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 4 oz. mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 Tbsp. parmesan cheese (from a can or shredded)


Brown hamburger with the onion; drain off fat. Mix in the garlic powder and spaghetti sauce; season to taste and heat until bubbly. Meanwhile, soften the cream cheese in a medium-size microwavable bowl for about 40-60 seconds. Stir until creamy; beat in egg and pepper with a spoon until well mixed. Blend in the spinach.

Spread half the meat mixture evenly in the bottom of a greased 8 x 8" glass baking pan. Spread spinach mixture over the meat; top with mozzarella, then the rest of the meat (it may not completely cover the top, but that's ok.) Sprinkle with the parmesan cheese. Cover with plastic wrap and vent one corner.

Microwave on HIGH for 3 minutes; then reduce to MEDIUM and cook for another 7 - 10 minutes until hot and bubbly. Let stand 3 minutes before serving. Makes 6 - 9 servings. Can be frozen.
