Wide-Eyed Pizzas

• 1/2 c. tomato sauce
• 1/2 t. dried whole oregano
• 4 English muffins, split
• 1 package mozzarella cheese slices
• 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
• 4 pitted ripe olives, sliced
• pimiento strips

Directions:

Combine tomato sauce and oregano; spread 1 T. mixture on cut surface of each muffin half. Place on an ungreased baking sheet. Using 3 1/4 inch round cutter, cut 8 circles of mozzarella cheese; place on top of tomato sauce mixture for the face. Arrange shredded cheddar cheese around edge for hair. Position olive slices for eyes and pimiento strips for noses and mouths. Bake at 425 degrees F for 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
