Party Sandwich

Ingredients:

• 1 loaf French bread
• 1 Tbsp. mustard
• 1 can chicken gumbo soup
• 1 lb. hamburger
• 1/3 cup ketchup

• 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
• 4 slices Velveeta cheese

Directions:

Cut bread in half lengthwise; hollow out both halves slightly. Cook beef in large skillet. Add ketchup, mustard, soup and garlic salt; bring to boiling, lower heat and simmer 5 minutes. Spoon beef mixture into hollow of one bread half. Cut cheese slices in half, cover filling with slices and top other half with bread. Wrap loaf in foil. Bake at 350 degrees F for 15 minutes. Cut into slices to serve.
