Crock Pot Cubed Steak

My husband loved this.

Ingredients:

  • deer or beef cubed steak
  • 2 Tbsp vinegar
  • water
  • 1/2 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 can cream of celery soup
    Ad

  • salt and pepper

Directions:

Soak deer cubed steak in vinegar and water mixture for about 1 hour. Slice onion and put in the bottom of crock pot. Drain water off cubed steak and brown lightly in a skillet. Place in crock pot. Add 1/2 cup of water to soup and pour over meat. Cook on low for 7 hours.

Time:20 min. Minutes Preparation Time
7 Hours Cooking Time
