Delicious, great on a cold night or lunch.
Bring to boil thickened cream, evaporated milk, crushed garlic and chopped fresh herbs. Simmer for 6-8 minutes or until sauce thickens.
Drain can of tuna and add to mixture with spring onions. Add the fettuccine, toss to combine. Season with pepper to taste.
Serve in bowl.
