Lawnmower Not Getting Gas?

My new lawn mower is not getting any gas. The spark plug is clean. What should I do to get it started? I only used it once.

I'm sure my husband could give you some suggestions, but he's sleeping now! I'll ask him to post tomorrow. (we're in Washington Township - right next door!)

Is theie a small hole in top of gas cap?? If not, put one in . As the gas is used it may cause a vacumn in gas tank, It needs air so gas can run out.

Maybe the dealer will give you a different gas cap.

Remove the spark plug and drip a big of gas in the hole. With the plug back in place it'll fire right up.
