Scalloped Cornbread

Ingredients:
  • 1 pkg. Jiffy cornbread mix
  • 1 can whole kernel corn (drained)
  • 1 can cream style corn
  • 1 stick margarine (melted)
  • 1 egg

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together and put in greased 8x11 inch baking dish. Bake 30 minutes or until turning golden in color.
