Stir-Fry Beef with Broccoli

Ingredients

  • 4 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 lb. round steak, thinly sliced
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 bunch fresh broccoli, chopped

Directions

Combine 1 tablespoon oil, cornstarch and soy sauce in bowl. Add steak slices, mixing well. Brown onions in 2 tablespoons oil in skillet. Add steak, cooking until brown. Add remaining oil and broccoli. Stir-fry for 3-5 minutes.
