Aluminum Foil to Sharpen Scissors

This is a fast and easy tip for sharpening scissors. I just grab a piece of aluminum foil, fold it a few times and then cut it with the scissors. They come out as good as new, and only for the cost of a sheet of tin foil.

I have been using a fine grain sand paper for many years and my scissors are as sharp as when they were new.

I've heard of both also and it is not just limited to Scissors. I use both to sharpen my Guillotine paper trimmer too.

Works great. I've also heard that you can sharpen scissors etc by cutting an Aluminum can (coke or pepsi types).
