Replace Toothbrush After Illness

Silver Post Medal for All Time! 277 Posts

I'm sure most people have been told by doctors to throw out your toothbrush after you've had strep throat. I decided that is good practice to throw it out after a virus, the flu, or any bacterial infection, so that you are not re-infecting yourself. It just makes good sense to me.

Also, toothpaste should not be shared when someone is sick. My friend's four kids always had their own toothpaste so not to spread germs.
