I have canvas on mine. Some have material that parachutes are made of also.
Some are canvas others are made from polyester they can be bought at outdoor fabric stores online.
We used to refer to it as webbing, but without seeing exactly what your set looks like, it would be hard to say exactly what you are looking for.
