No. They will not cook properly. They will never get brown. The microwave isn't good for baking. Try a toaster oven if you don't want to use a regular stove.

Best biscuits ever! Cook canned biscuits about 8 minutes or so on defrost in the microwave, then at a very low heat fry biscuits in a skillet with a little butter and cooking oil, best I ever had. Even better with honey!

Yes you can cook biscuits in a microwave, using the defrost setting, test with one biscuit first, cook time depends on microwave. You will see biscuits rise and get fluffy.

But, if you put Vienna sausage, browned first, they work well ! Not brown but very edible

You can on defrost but my defrost wasn't working for some reason so I tried for 30 seconds that made it too hard then I tried 15 it worked perfectly, but it depends on the microwave.

I have cooked EVERYTHING in the microwave over the years, including baked biscuits, breads, and cakes. You will not get a brown crust; they will be very moist, like a steamed bread. Just keep the temp setting low (around 30 watts that would be 50% in a small 600 watt micro, or 30% in one around 1000 watts) and watch closely.

They cook fast, start checking in 1/4th the time you would use in an oven. Since they do not brown, expect very white biscuits. (as a side note my hubs loved microwaved bread, as he was fondest of the soft inside of baked bread, not all that much a fan of the crust part. So no crust = no problem in his opinion!)

Thinking a little time in a lightly oiled fry pan could give the browned crust we want...?
