I was wondering if anyone has or knows where I can find any Weight Watchers program materials from the early 1990s? (I am looking for the program where you check off the boxes for fruits, veggies, proteins, carbs, etc.). If so, please let me know. I am very interested in them. Thank you!

Hi! I don't know where to find them, but here they are for women:
Protien: 9 oz total
Bread: 3 slices total; include 1/2 cup rice, or pasta, etc. as one serving.
Milk: 2 cups; include yogurt, ice cream, etc. (if using Ice cream, cut the fats)
Fat: 3; includes veg oil, mayo, butter, etc.
Veggies: 2 cups at least.
Once: eat liver & onions. no more than 1 oz hard cheese a day; Drink at least 8 cups of water a day. If eating Peanut Butter, its 2 Tbsp. and cut out one fat. Cottage cheese and cereal are counted as proteins.
If you cheat, cheat with veggies or proteins. You can get the old WW cookbook and that has all of the values in there too. Try buying an old one from Amazon.com.

I am having zero success with the new Weight Watchers Freestyle Program and previously had fabulous success back in 1996, 1997, 1998, 1999, and if I remember correctly at that time the Weight Watchers frozen ice cream desserts were available they came in a two pack called Cookie Dough Ice Cream Sundaes. I was wondering does anyone have the old books from that program. There was a Book for eating out that was fabulous too.

Hi, I was a weight watchers member back in the early 90's and I so loved the plan! It worked for me! After marriage and having children the weight slowly came back through the years. I did join weight watchers again a few years ago, but I do not like the new plan.
