Chocolate Coconut Macaroons

Ingredients:

  • 2 squares (2 ounces) of unsweetened chocolate
  • 1 1/3 cups of sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups of shredded coconut
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla

Directions:

Melt the chocolate and add the sweetened condensed milk, coconut, salt, and the vanilla. Mix well and drop by teaspoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
