Cajun Style Beans

Ingredients

• 1 lb. ground chuck
• 4 cups pork and beans
• 1/2 cup ketchup
• 1 cup onions
• 1 tsp. salt
• 1 Tbsp. mustard
• 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper

• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1 lb. crisply fried bacon
• 1/2 cup green pepper (optional)

Directions

Brown meat, onions, pepper and chopped green peppers. Add to beans and salt. Add ketchup, mustard and brown sugar. Stir in bacon and place in casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees F. for 35 minutes.
