Creamed Potato-Bacon Soup
- 1 1/2 - 2 cups leftover mashed potatoes
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1-2 soup cans of milk
- 1 small onion (chopped)
- 8 slices bacon (cooked and crumbled)
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
Mix potatoes and soup until smooth. Gradually add milk to get desired consistency, stirring constantly. Add onion and bacon to heat to serving temperature. Season to taste.
