Brown hamburger, add chopped onions; drain grease. Reduce heat, add soup and 1/2 can of milk. Prepare pitas according to directions. Cut pita in half and line with a slice of cheese. Spoon meat mixture on top of cheese and place filled pita in casserole dish or other ovenproof pan. Cover and bake 15-20 minutes at 275-300 degrees F. Garnish with sour cream, black olives, chives, etc. Versatile: can use cubed roast beef, turkey, or chicken. Inexpensive, quick and tastes great!
