  • 1/2 cup milk

Directions

In a small bowl, combine the flour and cheese. Stir in milk and mayonnaise just until moistened. Fill five greased muffin cups two-thirds full. Fill empty muffin cups halfway with water. Bake at 425 degrees F for 17-20 minutes or until golden brown.

Yield: 5 biscuits.

Note: Sometimes I bake these in a mini muffin tin for cute mini biscuits. I also alter the recipe from time to time to keep it interesting. Add garlic powder/salt, parsley, etc. for a different flavor. This recipe is super fast and easy and is suitable when cooking for 1 or 2. It can also be altered for larger crowds. Enjoy!

Source: This recipe came from a Taste of Home magazine probably 8-10 years ago or so. I have used it many many times and everyone always loves these easy biscuits.
