Garlic Butter

Keep on hand for assorted recipes or to use for quick flavoring of veggies, meats, plain pasta, or bread.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 2 tsp. garlic paste, or more to taste

Directions:

Mix butter and garlic paste together. Place in an airtight container or roll up into a cylinder shape in plastic wrap and refrigerate or freeze until needed.
