Holiday solid chocolate figures, such as Easter bunnies, Santas, or Valentine's hearts, are perfect for grating for dessert toppings. Buy several after season when they are clearanced and store them in your freezer.

With Valentine's Day and Easter just around the corner I would suggest buying some of the foil wrapped chocolates at the sales that occur on the day after the holidays. They make great wedding favors when you wrap a few pieces up in a piece of tulle and tie them with a ribbon.
