- 2 cups chopped cooked chicken
- 1 Unbaked 9 inch pie shell
- 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1 tbsp. onion flakes
- 1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
- 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
- 1/4 tsp. celery flakes
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 large eggs
- 3 tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1 1/4 cup milk
Scatter the chicken in the pie shell. Mix next 6 ingredients in bowl. Sprinkle over chicken.
Beat eggs until frothy. Beat in flour. Add milk. Stir. Pour over top. Bake on bottom shelf in 350 degree F oven for about 40-50 minutes until set.
