Reducing Shocks from Static Electricity?

I am always getting a shock from anything I touch, now it's getting worse and I so afraid to touch anything. The most painful part is when I am at work, my workmates notice me feel the shock sometimes and they laugh at me. I feel worried and shy. It does not look normal to me anymore. I am just looking for a solution; if there is anything I can use to prevent or stop it, please advise?

Maybe you are dehydrated. Drink more fluids. Use lotion on your hands a lot. Maybe try Kwik Sort to keep your figure tips from being dry. If you are in a "cubbie" type work place with carpet, spray anti-static spray on the carpet.

I've heard having a anti-static dryer sheet in your pocket will help too. If your car has cloth seats, spray them too. It could be the soles of your shoes too. Good luck! If you don't find an answer that works. See your doctor, they might have more suggestions.
